Return Policy

Overview

We offer a 30-day return period from the date your order is delivered.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • Unwashed and not altered in any way
  • Returned with original packaging (if applicable), including all accessories and inserts
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (such as order confirmation or order number)

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please submit a request through our support page or your order page.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide the return address along with detailed instructions. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

  • For returns due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • If the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping costs will be covered, or an alternative solution may be offered where applicable.

For your protection, we recommend using a tracked shipping service. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

After the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3 days.

Please note that depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
